What's wrong:
Forest River, Inc (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Dynamax Grand Sport GT recreational vehicles. The engine pre-heat pump may have been improperly installed, causing the coolant hose to fail.
Risk:
A coolant hose failure can cause the engine to overheat, increasing the risk of a crash.
What to do:
Dealers will re-pin the wiring harness, re-route the coolant hoses, and replace parts as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 31, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-522-1583. Forest River's number for this recall is 40-2097.
