What's wrong:
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2027 Salem and Wildwood travel trailers. The exterior griddle may be stowed while still connected to the LP gas line.
Risk:
A griddle stowed while the gas is still in use can increase the risk of a fire.
What to do:
The remedy is currently under development. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 19, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-534-3167. Forest River's number for this recall is 06-2095.
